Has anyone setup call blocking? Mine does not seem to work

Sorry about the trouble. What's happening when you try to block a number in your Contacts list? Is the call still getting through?

yes no matter what number I put ther they all get thru. please help!! (do I have to put a user name in, hope not because most of them are 800 numbers. I also tried my land line and still goes thru

Hi Walt,

Sorry about the delay with this. We looked into it; you just needed to add a country code prefix to the phone numbers. We went ahead and set up auto-prefix, so the prefixes are automatically added to the numbers. It should be working for you now.
