Hi guys, I am having trouble setting up Caller ID. It seems I have done everything I have seen in your videos but to no avail. All it shows is the phone number. Can you help? Thanks, Walt Also thanks it looks like my call block is working now.

Yes that's what I would like to see. All I see is the incomming number. can you help?

Hi Walt,

Thank you so much for your patience with this. We did some digging and found the error that was causing this issue. It should be working now. Provided your caller is either saved in your contacts or has a name attached to their caller ID (through their phone service), they should now come up on your caller ID.
