Thanks for getting in touch about this, sorry for the trouble.
I see your setup on the right side of the PBX. The menu isn't connected to anything. When someone calls your number, what are they currently connected to? Do they hear the recording that's in your IVR on the left side of the PBX ("you have reached Linda and Walt. Please leave your name and number")?
