Hi trying to use the menu option to direct calls to vm and to my cell. Tried everything I can see but it does not work Can you help??

just an add on, I have what I want it to say in the text area but it will not read it. If you can look at my chart you can see what i'm trying to do on the right side. I would like to sue one or the other at my will. Do I have the second one correct?

Hi Walt,

Thanks for getting in touch about this, sorry for the trouble.

I see your setup on the right side of the PBX. The menu isn't connected to anything. When someone calls your number, what are they currently connected to? Do they hear the recording that's in your IVR on the left side of the PBX ("you have reached Linda and Walt. Please leave your name and number")?

I have tried to connect to the right side and it does not work. It does not ring or any options. Just blank. I connected to answer call as usual bypassing the left completly and the same thing. I left the right side ther so you could see if I was doing it correctly

Hi Walt,

I see, thanks for clarifying that. What's likely happening is the number you're calling from is blocked. I suggest double checking your blocked list to make sure the number you're testing your line with isn't checked "Blocked."



Give that a try and let us know if you're still having issues.

yes same thing. I have used two different non blocked numbers. All works fine the way it is setup on the left. When I use the right side side hooked to phone answer nothing happens. If I stay on for a long while it says you must dial a 1 before the erea code ( im sure thats just disconected)

Have you tried dialing 1 before the area code and testing it that way?

Hi guys have you found out why tis is not working? Also How do I set the correct time on my phones. It is exactly 5 hours off and not set to the am which is now my time.
