ONE OF MY EXTENSIONS IS NOT RECEIVING CALLS
Extension 1005 is behaving like the other extensions. When RingRoost PBX sends a qualifing OPTIONS message to make sure it can still reach the phone. It does not get a response. The firewall must be blocking the request. Same as if a new call gets sent to the ext. When it is makes the call, outbout request is not blocked, so call goes reaches the PBX. This is a NAT issue. The phone, firewall on premise issue. You need to set the phone to refresh register quicker by setting it up as a device behind a NAT. This keeps the firewall pinhole open. Or something within the firewall/router to allow SIP calls.
