Hi Michael, I am trying to register my cisco 525g as before. it worked fine. Am trying to reset it up and it will not register. do I need a phone number first to make it register? do you have settings use use with my phones. Proxy should be ringroost.com correct? Also outbound proxy the same? I just forget how to set it up. It worked great before when I had to leave you for a while

You do not need a phone number to register. The is the correct proxy and domain. I do not see a registration attempt from that phone. Make sure you update the Cisco phone with the new Sip Phone call control user and password on the dashboard
