We have setup the click to call button on site, however it's not working. Can you please help?

The account is setup with a unique number, we have added the click to call feature and the Dial feature per the help video.

Thanks for reaching out about this. Sorry for the delay in our response. We've been working on some improvements with the Click2Call feature recently. Give it another try and let us know if you're still having trouble getting it setup.
