I can not make an outgoing call. Please help me to solve this problem.

Thanks so much for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay in our response, I really appreciate your patience.

Are you trying to call Russian phone numbers? If that's the case, you won't be able to make those outgoing calls, as they're not yet supported. You can currently make outgoing calls to USA and Canada. We're working on adding an outgoing international feature.
