Is it possible to have one sip phone to check two different voice mails?

Thanks for getting in touch about this. Since your phone allows for multiple lines what you can do is set it up so that two different lines go to two different voice mail boxes. In other words, you'll register two "SIP phone" controls to a distinct "VM box" control.

Right now one of your "VM box" controls isn't connected to anything, so the system probably doesn't know which voicemail box to connect to.
