Contact tags don't delete

Contact tags don't delete

I'm using chrome. When you delete a tag in the Contacts tag section there is no save button to save your changes. The tag appears to be gone. But it will come back when you return. This can create duplicates if you delete a tag value you don't like then create it again with the changes you wanted you then get duplicates.

I also noticed that if I delete a contact I can not add that same contact again, unless that contact actually calls. I noticed this as I was trying to delete a contact so that I could start fresh on their tag variables.
