Sept 8th, exactly 10 days since the last RRoost outage

So whats the problem today guys? All Roost line are down, that equates to a large part of my customers not being able to call.

Old news is getting older.

Hi Sean,

We did have an outage starting late last night, all lines should be up as of this morning. We are working on upgrading a number of systems in order to ensure this does not happen again. Please bare with us in the meantime, we will get it right.
