API Problem

API Problem

Hi Support!

My developer is trying to access API and is getting errors. First, I am not sure I am using the right API ID. I got it from the call log under the second column.

Second, it is returning errors. We made this call:

[color=#0000ff]https://www.ringroost.com/api/cdrs?start_date=10/14/2016&end_date=10/14/2016&pbx_id=6830[/color]

and it returned

Error!: SQLSTATE[HY093]: Invalid parameter number: parameter was not defined

Am I using the correct PBX ID? Is there something else wrong we are doing?

Also, will inbound_from return all caller ID info including names?

Also, is there an API to get voice mails?

Lastly, is there a complete help video for the variables control? The one on the system cuts off after about one minute.
