Disappearing Conections

I am a new user trying to set up a pretty basic system. 3 phone numbers, 2 phones, ... I have all of the outgoing calls showing my main number on caller ID, and that will be the only number that is called in on except for people that are directly given the other numbers.

so call comes in to main number. It checks to see if between Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM, if false it goes to another time check. Is it Saturday 10AM to 5PM, if false, goes to VM.

If either of the above are true, I have it going to a Fork and ringing 2 other phones (tried to do it with a Dial Control, but it was only calling 1 or the other). If no one picks up, VM.

Now on my direct line I put in a decision control, if from number matches my cell phone #, it takes me to listen to VM, if false, rings my direct line.

I just tested it this way and everything works great!!

My Problem is that if I make any changes to any thing, a lot of my connections disappear. both the true and false from both the time filter controls disapear, and the connections from my decision control disappear. I then have to re connect them all again. Save and refresh. If I refresh 2 times, I lose all the connections. If I change anything else and save, I lose the connections.

I am worried that when I take this system live, I am going to lose my connections for a random reason even if I don't log in. This will just give the callers a dead line because first things they hit is the time filter control.

Am I doing something wrong?

Also, The Fork connections to both phones dissapear as well
