Multiple Numbers (for different purposes) going to single mobile device

I have two phone numbers-- one for vendor-to-sales-team-related items, the other for customer-to-support items.

I have two mobile users-- myself + my wife.

I have the PBX setup to answer each number differently and route to our mobiles differently-- one flow (customer/support DID) gives us "Call from Customer/Support Number. Press 1 to accept...", the other lets us know the Inbound caller caller the other DID.

This works well and good for inbound calls. However, during outbound calling from our mobile devices, I want to be able to somehow allow the mobile to be associated with both caller ID's-- the sales one + the customer/support one.

The only way that I belive I can do this right now is via something like the Zoiper app for iPhone. I believe this would allow me to have two SIP accounts setup. I'll try this out next. But my curiousity is whether or not there might be a way to do this fairly easily through the ringroost app. That way, it could just adjust my callid to be "FROM" whatever line I'm looking to make it go out FROM and then send the actual call over my regular carrier line.

Any suggestions?

Hi Joe,

Sorry for the delayed response. In the RingRoost mobile iphone/android app you can "Change the Caller ID" under the settings tab.

Would that meet your needs?

Thanks,

yes. I believe that solves my issue. I did see that you guys were able to implement that feature a few months ago. Thanks, Joe
