Call hunting and Phones lose connection

I'm tryting to set up a call hunt group. I've setup the simple one according to ringroost videos but I need the IVR to answer the call the caller to choose a number and from the IVR list and the call needs to go to a group of SIP phones.
Example Call->IVR -> then branches below
Press 1 for X rings all phones
Press 2 for Y rings 4 phones
Press 3 for Z rings 3 phones

Also my SIP phones show a green dot next to them most of the time but it changes to red on occasion. When it does this calls to the phone just drop there is no indication of anything wrong on the phone's LCD screen and eventually it goes back to green. I'm using Grandstream GXP1625's with POE. I have tried with the provided power supplies too with the same results.

Thanks for any help you guys can provide

Call hunting and Phones lose connection

Hi Joe,

Sorry for the delated response. Here is an example of how you would do that setup. All phones in a group will ring and first to answer "wins call".

If you still see the phones falling offline, let me know and we will trouble shoot. (our indicator also take a moment to detect if the phone is online, so it could be that.)
