I cannot recieve calls on my number setup on ringroost - caller hears get a message stating that the international call cannot be connected . It is an australian DID and I am in Australia - also australian prefix selected on dashboard. Dont know what else to do - please help . Also Please refrain from charging my subscription until it is resolved.
