I have a grandstream GXP 1610 and after 10 minutes of no activity, i get a busy signal. Is there any setting in the phone that I need to change to make sure the phone is checking with ringroost?

I have tested the phone at home at it seems to work. Could it be a port issue on the network? Do I need to open port 5060?

Upon further research, I may have found the problem relating to the IP address and the DHCP server renewing the IP. I set an IP reservation for the phone and so far, it has not lost its connection wiht ringroost.

I came back from lunch and notice the IP Phone was red. Restart the phone and now it is connected now. That was a good 4 hours before the problem appeared again.

Sorry but I forgot to ask. When I initially set up the account, i added two mobile phones attached to the dashboard. I removed them there and now I can not seem to find where to add them again.

Under "My RingRoost Phones" -> "add more here" -> "Sync my iphone".

You will then get link to donwload the app/sync your mobile phone with RingRoost.
