SMS Inbound Caller Not Working

Hello. I set up an SMS flow to foward a message to my phone. However, I am not able to receive the message.

My Answer SMS is connected to a dialler. I am using my cell number without the counry code.

When I switch the Caller ID from "Inbound Caller" to the main PBX number, I am able to receive just fine. But this is not what I want. I'd like to be able to see the inbound caller's #.

Please assist. Thanks!

Hi John,

Sending SMS works a little odd. You will have to receive the text from your RingRoost number, and include the original number in the sms message (using the Send SMS control). I went ahead and set this up on your PBX, so it should work now it looks like this:

Awesome! Works great. One more thing....is there a way to generate an auto response SMS message?
