Issue with Conference calls disconnecting at 15 minutes

We have notice this problem occuring more often now where our calls are getting disconnected at exactly 15 minutes into the call. Is there any settings or restrictions with Ringroost to fix this problem. We have looked at turning off session timer on our Grandstream IP phones and RTP timeout on our UCM6104 with no resolution. Just checking if it is something on Ringroost side.

Sorry for the delayed response. I am going through all tickets and see this was resolved. Are you still experiencing this issue?

Yes this issue has been resolved. There is a setting in Grandstream UCM6104 (can't seem to remember right now) to resolve the problem. If ever someone encounter this problem, I will try to search that particular setting. For now issue has been resolved.
