cannot listen nor download recordings

cannot listen nor download recordings

How do I access recordings? I can see them under 'Recordings' but the Listen button throws an error, Download does not do anything either, tried Chrome and IE.

We have corrected the problems with call recordings. You should now be able to listen to call recordings going forward. Sorry for such a delayed response. We have new management that is working to improve on customer support and response times.
