can not get recording ??

can not get recording ??

Hello do not know what is happening but I do not see any recordings . Just wanted to know why before there was recording aviable right after every conversation but I do not see the recordings at all please let me know how can I get my recording for all my meetings and conversations using my ringroost account

Looks like the number your number you had the recording for the phone set to no. Let us know if recordings start after setting to yes.

Hello I left you a message just to give you the heads up on the issue I have with the recording the same 877 number in which I put yes to record messages I logged in my back office and see that the recordings is there but I can not listen or even download the recordings Let me know when you will fix this issue or what I would need to do maybe it is my web browser I am using firefox .

I got your message and I can see the recordings are taking place now. Maintenance was perfromed on the recordings server this weekend.

So access is being blocked right now. We hope to have this worked out for you by Monday.
