When a call is being forwarded to a cell phone I would like the ring roost VM to answer the call before the personal voice mail does on no answer. How do I make the ringroost VM pick up the call sooner?

If you left click the mouse button on that call control and select Properties to open the Properties window.

Then adjust tTimeout After Dial(s) to a number of seconds and click save.

You will have to experiment with the time, as it depends on your phone settings as well.
