Do you know what your IP address is? None of your phone are registered so we can not complete calls to the phones.

yes we have internet.

which ip address? phones or wan ip?

I can see a few of the phones registered now. Some are sharing the same source port and also are not responding in time to a test of availability.

Can you power cycle those phones that are not registered

I have rebooted them extensions 1003, 1004, are and have been connected always, 1005 connects for 5 minutes then drops off, same with 1008

what is the best way to set the phones up?, add multiple instances of Answer call control one for each phone? or is there a better way?

looks like 1008 is showing up with wrong password. 1005 does register and then it is unreachable again. Check the NAT setting on the phone. To make sure is refresh registers quicker. Same as the other phone that stay registered.

you can only have one Answer Call Control for each number. They way you have it now is the best. Unless you want to add an Auto Attendant to the call flow.

how do I obtain the proper password?

just reset extension 1005 ip settings to dhcp, checking the NAT now, it still shows unknown

you would find it on the dashboard for that sip phone. It looks like you have 2 phones trying to register with the same username. You can turn that phone off? This is what could be causing problems for that extention.
