Hello Ringroost

We are having a problem with the numbers we buy on ringroost; The numbers are coming out AS A SCAM so that no one picks up the phone because this name appears as Sellers or they are not legitimate to answer calls.

How can this big problem be solved? We need all the numbers to go out with the names of our companies or not go out with SCASM LIKEY.

We are losing customers and cannot call because these numbers are not registered as a company. And we are in an advertising campaign for radio, internet, and others.

OK there where a few numbers that did not have callerID enabled. I have updated the caller ID to EBACOMPANY like the others.

If you go check the PBX account you are avelable to see each name of each company

OK I will have to go ahead an update some of these again later as the updates are going through the system and I can not change again.
