SMS problems - not showing numbers and not sending

SMS problems - not showing numbers and not sending

Answer SMS isn't showing any of my numbers even though they aren't used elsewhere.

I can't get the SMS to forward to an outside mobile phone.

I also can't get the system to send and SMS out at all.

Can you help?

Hi Mark & Kevin,

Ensure that you have a number that is SMS "outbound" capable.

When searching for a number, delesect "Voice" and select "SMS Out". Currently you must have a number that is dedictated for sending SMS, you will then need to set the "From" on the "Sent Text" control.
