CHANUNAVAIL Error

CHANUNAVAIL Error

Hi,



I have a very basic setup where my DID receives a call and is supposed to dial a number (multi-ring is the actual use case). My call flow is



ANSWER ---> DIAL



The dial number is a mobile number and the call keeps failing with status "CHANUNAVAIL". The option to retrieve the SIP call trace also does not work. Can you please advise.

CHANUNAVAIL Error

Make sure the caller ID you are calling from is not a toll free caller ID. Often carriers will not allow a toll free caller ID to a toll free number.
