Hi,



We don't receive the call. It is automatically transfered to the voice mail. In the past our phones were reached but not anymore.



The flow get trought the option table to the voice mail directly, without ringing a phone call.



How to resorb this issue.

There's deffinitively a problem with the Dial option. could you tell us how to resorb it ASAP please.

We are looking into the issue. What number are you calling from (caller id being set) & what number are attempting to dial?

Hi Karim,

We submitted an issue to the carrier of the 418 number yesterday. Some carriers will not accept calls from toll free numbers. Is the number reachable if you use a non-toll free number as the caller ID?

Are you able to verify my our dashboard to be sure it is build well?



Should we get an other phone number (local number) to resolve this issue?

One of your dial controls had caller id set to use a toll free number, if you change it to pass the "inbound caller ID" the call should connect fine. If you want to always see the same caller id, then you will need to purchase a non toll free number and set that as the caller id on your "Dial Control".
