BLF Busy Lamp Field

Can I setup a BLF (Busy Lamp Field) with ringroost?

I have a GXP2160 and I tried to setup one of the multipurpose keys but it did not work. I even filled the BLF server "ringroost.com" in the field under accounts for the phone. Is there any other server that look for this feature? This feature is very important for my business. I need to know who is on the phone.

Please advice.
