Click to Call abandoned call issue

C2C function completes call from Google Version 41.0.2272.101 m browser after requesting Allow to use microphone.

On another computer Version 39.0.2171.95 m does not complete call action yet system bills for 651 second call.

Is this a default disconnect time?
