pOLYCOM VVX400- Seems connected but not registered. Will not dial out or in.

Thanks for getting in touch, sorry for the trouble. Registering most SIP phones is a pretty straightforward process. We have a few resources available to help guide you.

We have a help video that walks you through the steps of registering a SIP phone (though all SIP phones are a little different, most are similar). Just click on the link for, "Registering A Phone" on the left panel:
