Port Forwarding

I have a Cisco 7960 with SIP firmware installed. I've set Line 1 SIP info to the RingRoost info on the board. Its showing the phone as offline and every time I try to make a call (I hear dial tone) it says connected for a few seconds then closes the line and looks like it can't connect to anything. I am trying to locate what ports specifically I need to open. I assume UDP5060 for SIP but what else? It's on a static IP.

I enabled SIP ALG on my router and it worked.
