Hello everything works except when I call into my ivr from a number under a different pbx title i.e. if i dial 8449213611 from 6159881530 i get no audio but if i press option 1 it will forward the call to the correct location and my office phone rings and there is audio during the call.

Hi Serenity,
This is common issue, usually turning "NAT" to Yes on your SIP Phone controls and rebooting your phones will solve this issue.
