User Assigned DID

Hi, I accidentally deleted my user assigned DID number and when trying to readd it, it tells me that "the number is already in use." How can I get this number re added? Thanks

I am trying to port a number into my system and now I see under the INBOUND PHONE NUMBERS showing "User Assigned DID" and "sip:14049988008@ringroost.com" under the ported numbers. Please let me know what to do next. Please also see the uploaded picture. Thanks!
