Hello I am setting up a few gxv3275 sip phones and can not seem to get audio through on my calls after the router was swapp. Please advise

If its behind NAT make sure NAT is set to yes on your SIP phone control: https://www.ringroost.com/how-to-set-up-and-register-a-sip-phone.php#step_4_2

Just finished that and it did not effect the situation. Basically all my calls are silent they dont ring on the phone end and make a slight click. No audio still however. Only thing I have changed is the router itself.

the phones register and IPVideo talk works from Keatings Comm to NA however the phone to phone has no audio until the voicemail prompt on the station end. The called end rings but also has no audio after answering

Calling out on teh phone you get no ringing. Calling in the ivr menu prompts then the voicemailbox picks up.

Also calling out the voicemail is not audible. There is no sound

I tried a few more changes, I checked and this was set as

I set it to
