Voicemail is not picking up

Hi, I have an AnswerCall widget connected to my SIP phone. When the SIP phone is not answered instead of going to voicemail, it just disconnects the caller. I have a mailbox set up and assigned. Can you help?

Hi Anthony,

For the "SIP phone" you will need to set a voicemail greeting by dialing *00 from your SIP phone and going through the promt. After recording a greeting callers will hear the greeting and then be able to leave a voicemail.
