were the ported in? we had them forwarding with our old provider

I am able to reach 4036859086 fine.

8556859086 has been ported in, but still needs to be set up on your PBX.

I've just setup 8556859086 and it appears to be working

4036859086 is still giving the error message that it's '... temporarily unavailable...'

4036859085 has been ported out to Fibernetics, do they need to release it?

Can you let me know what the status on this issue is.

please follow up with fibernetics to get the number ported out 18777777118, they contacted me and port out request needs to go through carrier to carrier?

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This number was ported to one of our resellers on Thursday. </span>

If you wish to have this number ported elsewhere you need to contact the carrier with whom you wish to have this service ported to/serviced by and they can initiate a port out request from our reseller to themselves.



Can you set up the number for us?

Fibernetics is saying the number was ported to one of it's resellers (Ringroost?) on Thursday. Can you please add it for us????

Hi Matthew,

The port "4036859086" just went through and is now in your RingRoost account. You will need to set up the number on your PBX in order to receive calls on it.

We are still in the process of porting "(877) 685-9087" and will update you when it goes through.

As far as I can see we don't have porting authorization from you on these numbers: "18777777118" or "4036859085". In order to port those numbers please send send auth form and copy of bill to support@ringroost.com. See here: https://www.ringroost.com/faq.php?cat=13&q=185
