I can't hear any called phone.

I can't hear any called phone.

I call either a sip phone or an external DID. I can't hear the called party.

They can hear me.

Hi Bob,

Had the phone been working fine up intill this issue or is this a new phone?

Generally changing NAT to yes on your sip phone control will solve the problem (Right click "SIP Phone" - > "Properties"). See: https://www.ringroost.com/how-to-set-up-and-register-a-sip-phone.php#step_4_2

Seems phone did work. regardless i changed NAT to yes and now it works.
