Hi,

I want to know what is the function of the eye button on the dashboard?



It is only to see wich extension in ON/OFF ??



I have Zoiper on my computer and the light is always green (ok then...) but I have too on my cellphone (Zoiper App) and when I'm on the LTE network, the light of these extension is red (offline). BUT, I can receive calls anyway from my smartphone app. (Sometime not). I realy need to resolve the stability.

Hi Francis,

Yes the eye is to indicate wether RingRoost can reach your SIP device.

The Zoiper App may run into some connectivity issues if you are on the go. I would recommend using our mobile App https://www.ringroost.com/user-manual.php#mobile-phone-app for your mobile device, it makes/receives calls over your cell network which is generally going to be the most reliable.



FYI: You could also use the mobile app as fallback if your cell phone/Zoiper can not be reached.
