SIP phone outbound call works, but inbound does not.

SIP phone outbound call works, but inbound does not.

I can make outbound calls on my phone fine, but when I call the phone it just hangs up - no ring or anything.

I have setup the "SIP phone" control on my PBX builder and the phone shows that it has registered fine and everything.

I connected the answer call control to the phone, like shown here: http://www.ringroost.com/how-to-set-up-and-register-a-sip-phone.php#step_4_1

Hi Peter,

This is a very common issue that usually occurs because your phone is behind a NAT. The fix for it is usually very simple:

Login to your RingRoost account- > go to your PBX -> right click your "SIP Phone" control -> settings -> set NAT to yes -> save the settings -> then save the PBX.

Restart your phone and try making and receiving another call.

I belive I am having the same issue but there don't appear to be Nat settings in my sip phone control?
