I'm a little confused about pricing. I want to setup an IVR that rings one of my 3 employees cell phone numbers based on what extension the caller presses.

My question is, how much will RingRoost charge to send the call to their cell phones. I think they are all have AT&T. Will I have to pay for the full time of the call, or just for forwarding the call to their cell phones?

It would be the inbound local price + outbound local price. So currently in the USA that would be 2.8 cents/minute. The call is routed through us so we have to charge for the duration of the call. For example: if someone calls your RingRoost number, is presented with and IVR and selects extension 11 that then dials an AT&T cell phone number and talks for ten minutes, RingRoost would charge you 28 cents for that call.

Note: If you were to use a RingRoost SIP phone, you would not have to pay for the outbound portion of the call, so it would only be .8 cents/minutes (under a penny per minute). If you have to forward to a cell phone, one option would be installing Zoiper SIP phone and registering it with RingRoost. Then you would only pay for inbound leg, could use your cell phone, and would not have to pay AT&T or whatever carriers you use for any minutes.
