Question about Forward Calls

Hi Quick question.

Could I do and IVR to forward calls to another numbers?

Example: I have a client to need to set a number for his clients for support, he have multiple vendors and want to create 1 point for service. If a client call will receive an IVR with a greeting like this if your are looking support for XX1- press1, XX2-press2, XX3-press3, once the client press any number the system will forward the call to the specific number.

Questions:

1. If the system capable to manage that?

2. Once the client press the number the call will be transfer and clean out from the system or RingRoost will maintain another communication open to that second number as a call out call?
