Calls Not Going Through

Calls Not Going Through

For the last week or so I've been trying to get my setup working again. It worked flawlessly previously. However now, no matter what I set up on the dashboard the call just rings endlessly. Doesn't matter if I put a menu, voicemail, or directly to a SIP phone that is properly configured, just rings forever. Not sure what to do about it?

Hi David,

Try setting NAT to yes on your SIP Phone (right click -> properties). It looks like your phone fell offline and is not receiving calls. see more here: https://www.ringroost.com/how-to-set-up-and-register-a-sip-phone.php#step_4_2
