IVR Issue Pickup

I am having problems with my IVR setup - when a call is received it just rings and rings, no ivr answers the line. Initially, the IVR was picking up. Now it doesn't is there something I need to do to fix this? or is this a system wide issue?

i am having the same problem, the setup was working correctly for awhile and just stopped
