my inbound calls are not being recieved

My inbound calls are not being recieved. I have routed them directly to voicemail after my sip phone stopped ringing, but the voicemail does not answer either...

When i try to call from my mobile phone it gives me a message that my account is out of funds, yet i see that I have $18.01.

Hi Richard,

Are you simply calling your RingRoost number? or are you using our RingRoost mobile app to make outbound calls?

If your using that app you need to have a Mobile phone control on your PBX and then register your phone with it.
