Call que custom recording

Is there any way to have just a recording play that requires no input from the user? Kind of like the call que, which play music for X amounts of seconds and then redirects to another action. I would like to have a recording where if the user presses one for sales they hear "Your call is being transferred now please hold". Or during a hold you hear "Your call is important to us please stay on the line and the next representative will be with you momentarily."

Hi Rufi,

Yes, you can simply use the menu control for this and upload your custom message/greeting. Simply don't add any menu items, and use the default redirect (the connector on the bottom).

note: you will need to upload a .mp3 file that is X amount seconds long.
