Trying to port my office phone number to you guys, don't see a way to do this???

I need to port a number

To port a number to RingRoost you will need to email the below information to support@ringroost.com.

1. Dowload & complete the porting request authorization form.

2. Provide a recent copy (or screenshot) of an invoice from your current service provider. The current service provider invoice should contain the customer: name, address, account number and phone numbers being ported.

Note:For USA/Canada phone numbers there is a $15 porting fee per number, this porting process usually takes 4-6 weeks, but may be longer.

How would this work with an existing business telephone number that is in use? If we are moving to Ring Roost, we would need to know exactly when the port happens for operational purposes and one would hope it would take less than 6 weeks?
