Using Decision Control to block unwanted calls

Hello RingRoost Tech Support,

I am attempting to setup a Decision Control to hang up on caller originating from a toll-free number. Can you give a more detailed "how-to" for the Decision Control?

Can I say "if <from-number> contains +1800 OR +1888 OR +1877 OR +1866".... etc...

or perhaps something like the following using the "in" operator:

"if (+1800 OR +1888 OR +1877 OR +1866) in <from-number>"

Using Decision Control to block unwanted calls

Hi Patrick,

We just launched a feature on the decision control to help achieve this. You can use the "matches" operator to do this:

Note: you can use any regex with matches the "^1800" simply means the first part of from_number must match "1800".
