Why do forum posts get no response?

Why do forum posts get no response?

I just noticed that ringroost has added a Feature Tracker (in the Support Menu). Clicking that takes me to Trello.com, RingRoost Bugs and Feature Requests. Here there are numerous recent entries posted by Taylor Hawkes. Who is he? I assume a RingRoost employee.

The presence of these entries suggests that RingRoost is making an effort to move forward.

There is no mention of the various feature requests I have posted in the originial Bugs and Feature Requests forum. There is no way to post on Trello unless one has been invited by RingRoost.

One can only hope.

I found an email from you inviting me to submit to the new tracker at trello. Clicking Submit takes me to the board, but there is no way to add a card!

You simply need to create an account with Trello. Then you can add feature requests.

Hi Bob,

Sorry for the confusing response below. You are only allowed to comment/vote on current feature requests on trello - only RingRoost staff can add a new card to trello. If you have a feature request, you may add it to these forums under the "Feature Request" section - Our team will then triage and add feature requests to trello.
