unable to receive calls or fax

HI ,



I just setup my ringroost account but unable to receive calls nor faxes. I even tried setting up my sip account on voiper, the call is made but I am unable to hear myself on the other side of the line. Can you please provide me with some assistance.

Hi Dale,

This is likely nat issue. Try setting NAT to yes on your SIP phone control on your PBX. right click the control -> properties -> Set nat to yes.
