I'm trying to set a way to receive multiple calls for diferent agents. There is a way to create some kind of call center flow to assign to the agents to receive calls based on last call anwsered. Let say if we have 5 people waiting for calls the calls will go to the agent on waiting for more time, every agent who receive a call will go to the end of the line to wait for another call.
