SIP Extension will not stop ringing, ring after ring no caller

We have a 6 node set up with 3 SIP platforms, grandstream GXP2100x 4, GXP2130x 1 and 2 iphone 5 & 6 running GROUNDWIRE.

For some reason we have 1 extension 6904 that keeps ringing more so in the morning and late day. Caller id shows wierd numbers, 201, 200, 2000, 20000, 2000000, 2000000000, MS#1093oiawe all sorts of nonsense.

The only way to kill the call is to hit reject call, if you try lifting the handset it will continue on its own for a minute or two.

This is getting old, it also crashes our phones if call traffic is heavy. Yesterday the phones just stopped working calls dropped in session and we believe it has something to do with the PHANTOM calls.

Knowone is on the other side of the call its happening from the mothership.

Hi Sean,

Those are SIP scanners on your network. Try changing the port that the culprite phone uses to somthing besides 5060.
